The consultancy group partners with an organisation and walks with it to ensure that it has the capacity to listen to its customers, staff and service partners. With over 20 years experience in the field Michael Thornber & Associates has developed methodologies and processes in the key areas of organisation positioning and performance. 


The consultancy group usually work in the medium to long term with Boards, Executives, middle managers and staff to identify and address the issues emerging for the organisation.  The aim is to develop ‘The Learning Organization’, in which the organisation continually learns to develop its people and itself to ensure its long term Mission underpinned by its Values.
