  • Australian Christian Brothers – Edmund Rice Education Australia (2001 – 2008)

The facilitation of the seven year planning process for the future governance of the brothers 38 schools across Australia, which has led to the creation of a new entity Edmund Rice Education Australia, which included the development of a civil and canonical structure to govern the schools into the future.

  • Australian Christian Brothers – Oceania Province (2002 – 2007)

Consultant for the five year planning process for the future governance of the brothers in Oceania, which has led to the creation of the new entity – the Oceania Province, from five provinces in Australia, New Zealand and PNG. 

  • Irish Christian Brothers (2002 – 2007)

Consultant to the planning group for the future governance of the brothers 80 plus schools, which lead to the creation of a new civil and canonical entity to govern the schools into the future.

  • Mercy and Presentation Sisters in Ireland (2002 – 2007)

Consultant to the planning group for the future governance of the 100 plus schools owned and managed by the two congregations, which lead to the creation of a new civil and canonical entity to govern the schools into the future.

  • Mercy International Centre – Dublin (2000 – 2007)

Consultant to the organisation 2001 – 2006, establishing the organisation and communication systems and planning the future directions for the Centre

  • Mercy Works (2006 – 2013 )

This the body that is responsible for all of the ‘Outreach’ groups, both onshore and offshore, originally sponsored by each of the individual Mercy Provinces in Australia.  Systems review and development.

Facilitation of the development of the College’s strategic plan

Consulting for the restructuring of the organisation, for the implementation of the structure.  Developing the strategic plan, including exploring the opportunities of indigenous education in Cape York and Torres Strait Island.  Facilitating the Strategic Planning Process.
